The Golden Jubilee Congress of Social Justice and Ecology Secretariat (SJES) has begun. The Inauguration of the Jubilee Congress kicked off with a welcome message from the Secretary of SJES Fr Xavier Jeyaraj, S.J, who welcomed the Key note speakers; Superior General of the Society of Jesus Fr. Arturo Sosa, S.J, Cardinal Michael Czerny, S.J., and Cardinal Peter Turkson. Also welcoming all the delegates from across the world, about 210 participants, he said “We are here to celebrate God’s faithfulness in our Journey, to discern roadmaps to implements UAPs in the social apostolate and to create opportunities for collaboration and networking.”
