ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMME ON MANAGEMENT OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTY

Legal Training Program on `Management of Immovable Property’ was organized by Jesuit Research and Development Society (JRDS) with the resources team of Centre for Human Rights and Law (CHRL), Indian Social Institute, New Delhi through Online for 5 days from 15^th – 19th January 2024. The resource persons, Fr. Ravi Sagar, Fr. KM Joseph, Fr. Peter Mahendra, Fr. Bibin John, and Sr. Sayujya engaged themselves in empowering 41 Participants in this legal training. The topics covered during the sessions were Constitution and Property law, Succession Laws, Transfer of Property Act, Special rights of the STs of Jharkhand, Specific Relief Act, Registration and Stamp Duty Act.
