Workshop on Ecology by Jesuit West Zone Ecology Platform

The Jesuit West Zone Ecology Platform held a Workshop at Vinayalaya, Mumbai on 11^th and 12^th April 2024, with 38 participants, including Jesuits, Religious Sisters and lay Collaborators. The workshop on Ecology began with the Holy Eucharist celebrated by the host Provincial, Fr. Anil Pereira SJ. In the morning sessions, Frs Luke Rodrigues and Wendell D’Cruz led the group to reflect the theme with the Ignatian Spirituality. The afternoon session was devoted to Spiritual Conversations in the 4 network groups, resulting in a goal for each network being formulated and shared in a Plenary Session. The next day began with the Holy Eucharist celebrated by Fr. John Kennedy SJ. The two morning sessions were the most crucial for our workshop, in which each network group identified 2 concreate projects, to be pursued for the next 3 years. The West Zone Ecology Platform therefore have 12 projects that to committee themselves to, in an inter-network collaborative manner.
